We aim to create a society of Elite Sleepers by: (1) changing the way we prioritize sleep; (2) delivering evidence based sleep science in a language everyone can understand and apply; and (3) providing the training and tools necessary to improve sleep health – without drugs. 

We Are All Shift Workers

In today’s busy and connected world, we are all essentially shift workers. Shift work is a killer… but it doesn’t have to be! We can help you reduce your risk.

In 2010 the World Health Organization determined: “Shift work that involves circadian disruption is probably carcinogenic to humans.” Shift work also increases risk of: Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, Sleep Apnea, Cardiovascular Disease, and Dementia.
